Hi, I’m David, the founder of Leep Food Safety. With extensive experience in soft cheeses, confectionary, chilled and frozen products, ambient stable ready meals, vegan products, meat processing, baked goods, pre-packaged items, and so much more. I help food businesses across the country achieve the highest standards in food safety and compliance.
I also have a strong background in the hospitality industry, working with restaurants and takeaways to improve their food safety practices and achieve a 5* food hygiene rating.
